Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms set out below.

Reservation and payment

• Provide each traveller’s full name exactly as shown on the passport, and review the itinerary, price, currency, deposit, balance due date and included services before payment.
• Prices on this site are shown in euro (EUR), per person.
• The deposit or full-payment requirement shown on the booking page and in your written confirmation applies to that reservation.
• Some tours require full payment at booking. Where a deposit is offered, the written confirmation states how and when the remaining balance must be paid.
• Flight and bus tickets are purchased only after the required payment and availability checks. Once issued, these tickets are non-refundable.
• Any card-processing charge applies only when it is disclosed at checkout or in a written quote before payment.
• If your hotel or another partner gave you a member number, entering it does not change what you pay. It only records which partner the booking came through.

Cancellation and date changes

• 5 days or more before the tour starts — you may cancel or change your travel dates. The cost of all non-refundable flight and bus tickets already issued for your booking is deducted from the amount paid.
• Less than 5 days before the tour starts — the full amount paid is non-refundable.
• No-show — if a traveller does not appear for the booked service, the reservation is treated as a no-show and the full amount paid is non-refundable.

Send cancellation and date-change requests to [email protected]. The date your request reaches us is the date that counts, so please write as early as you can.

How services are delivered

One Nation Travel is the booking, planning and coordination contact. Experienced local guides, drivers and selected destination providers deliver the services listed in the itinerary. Guide, driver, vehicle and provider assignments may vary by destination, day or segment. A single guide or vehicle for the entire journey is included only when the written confirmation expressly says so.

The applicable tour page and written confirmation identify the hotels, transport, flights, guided visits, meals, entrance fees and other services included in the booking. Any service not expressly listed is not included.

Operational notes

• Shared transfers, shopping stops and group-combination arrangements apply only when stated in the itinerary or booking confirmation.
• Schedules, routes, guide assignments and supplier services may change when operationally necessary. We will communicate material changes affecting booked services.
• Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, personal belongings, and meeting the stated joining time and place.

Payment authorisation

• Use a card belonging to a traveller on the reservation whenever possible.
• If a third party pays, One Nation Travel may request signed authorisation and identification before confirming the charge.
